
Our Traditional Berliner Weisse is tart, refreshing and fruit forward. Notes of white grape, stone fruit and a gentle hint of hay give way to a clean lemon finish. This sour wheat ale underwent a secondary fermentation with two strains of Brettanomyces isolated from bottles of old world Berliner Weisse by our friends at Escarpment Laboratories.
