A classic German style with a modern twist. This copper coloured and malt forward laggered ale was given a modest dry hop with Tradition to provide a little extra herbal and spicy hop character. Smooth and semi sweet notes of caramel and pumpernickel bread with light yeast derived esters and a smooth finish.
