In collaboration with our friends at Henrietta Cafe, we brewed this traditional German Dunkelweiss with 50% wheat malt, caramel and pilsner malt and a touch of black malt.

This Dunkelweiss leads with rich chocolate, caramel and coffee notes, with a hint of banana and light spice.
